Whether it’s a fast boat to Catalina or a luxurious yacht with elegant accommodations, we offer the ideal yacht for the experience you seek.

Newport Beach, Dana Point, Long Beach, Marina del Rey, and Catalina Island are popular destinations for both day trips and overnight stays.  Extended cruises to San Diego, Santa Barbara, and the Channel Islands are available when time permits!

Blue Star Yacht Charter strives to be prepared to accommodate last-minute plans.

We are often ready to welcome you aboard with a day’s notice, sometimes a few hours is all that is necessary. We always appreciate plenty of advance notice to assure the best experience possible.

Yachts are maintained in pristine condition, crew is onboard to accept any deliveries, and we are there to greet you for a fabulous experience on the water!

While you are welcome to provide your own food and beverages, Blue Star Yacht Charter is partnered with excellent catering companies who deliver to the yacht prior to your arrival.  We also offer with talented onboard chefs who will create a fabulous menu plan tailored to your specifications.

We don’t wish to go out on the water in poor weather conditions any more than you would.  A little sprinkle, and we are ready to move forward as planned. Should the sea conditions be unfavorable, your charter fees will be refunded less any incurred costs, or rescheduled for another day.

Your yacht crew is committed to assuring a safe and enjoyable experience.  They are onboard well in advance to prepare for your arrival, and are responsible to button up the yacht after your departure.   Gratuity is at your discretion, industry standard is 10 -20% of the yacht rate, and typically paid in cash to the captain at the conclusion of the charter for distribution to the crew.

Rather than being committed to a specific yacht as with fractional programs, or bearing the constant cost of owning a yacht, Blue Star Yacht Charter allows you to select the right yacht for each trip: fast boats to Catalina or the fishing grounds, luxurious yachts for overnight trips or elegant harbor cruises; sporty yachts for a day on the water.
